Meg Sparkes

A proud Columbia, SC native, Meg is deeply connected to her community and has a passion for helping others find their place in it. With a BS in Sociology from Presbyterian College, she brings a unique perspective to real estate, focusing on the importance of community and connection.

Meg and her husband, Eric, have three children who keep them busy with sports, school, and local adventures. She serves as an ambassador for Downtown Church and sits on the executive board of Satchel Ford Elementary PTO, always looking for ways to give back.

With a keen eye for fashion, home decor, and design trends, Meg loves helping clients envision the full potential of a home. Whether she’s cheering on her kids, exploring local parks, or enjoying a neighborhood festival, she’s always embracing the vibrant energy of Columbia.
