About Hannah Silvia, PSA

Hannah has called Northeast Columbia and Blythewood home for more than 25 years. A proud Clemson University graduate, she holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Education with an Education Specialist degree in School Counseling. Before entering real estate, Hannah spent eight years as an elementary school counselor in Lexington—an experience that sharpened her ability to communicate clearly, solve problems creatively, and advocate for families through meaningful transitions.

Married to her husband Brent for eight years, Hannah is a mom of two and an active member of Village Church in Blythewood. She enjoys time with her family, early mornings at the gym, and a great cup of coffee.

Hannah believes every family and every home has a story. With deep roots in the Midlands and a passion for helping people, she brings both insight and empathy to every buying or selling journey.
