Colin Marz

Faith, family, and service are at the heart of who Colin is. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, he first came to SC to play soccer at Coastal Carolina University, and then later returned through his final Army assignment at Fort Jackson — and he never left! Proud to call Columbia home, Colin has translated his passion for helping others as a physical therapist into his real estate career. He especially enjoys having the opportunity to help service members navigate the home buying and selling process.

He loves listening to people’s stories and helping them write the next chapter of their lives. When he’s not working in real estate or physical therapy, you’ll find him running through the neighborhood, spending time with his family, or working on his next DIY project.
